Sound – 9/10 The reason for me to give the sound a 9 out of 10 is because the sound was done quite well except for the fact that the announcers voice (Lakitu) gets severely annoying. But other then that one small flaw the sound in the game is done really well.
Graphics – 10/10 The reason for me to give the graphics a perfect 10 is because they are done really really well. Setting the bar high for some future games on the GameCube.
Gameplay – 10/10 The reason for me to give the gameplay a 10 out of 10 is because it is so well done. You press “A” to swing or pitch, “R” is special, and “B” is bunt, “Y” is run forward, “X” is run back. Easy enough?There are also some minigames in the game that are actually quite well done, such as Home Run Derby, you try to get as many homers as possible. But the challenge mode is the best part of the game, once you beat it on the easiest difficulty you then go up into the next one. Also trying to get all those star missions will take you forever.
Replayability – 10/10 The reason that I give this game a 10 out of 10 is because you will always be trying to beat it, and when you do you will wanna re do it as Bowser. So basically this game will last you for a very very long time. Also the multiplay is really fun for when you have a friend over, it does suck though how it is only 1v1.
Rent Or Buy: I suggest that you rent the game just to see if you like it. Then if you do you will wanna buy it quickly so that you can try and finish challenge mode.
