New look on the forum!

The forum now has a more unique and exciting theme and an improved banner to go with it. New members will see the new theme immediately. Current members can switch to it in the user control panel (or switch back to subSilver if you prefer it).

This theme will probably help a lot when it comes to people wanting to stay, because instead of gray, it's colored so its like, "Post... you know you want to."
