Weekly scheduled chat

To encourage more people to visit our IRC channel, I will be hosting a weekly scheduled chat starting at 8pm EST each Sunday. The channel is easy to access using the Flash client on the chat page. I hope many of you will come this Sunday and help make our first scheduled chat a success.

I think it went pretty well. There was only six of us, and only four active, but we held a sustained and interesting conversation.

Just yesterday. My schedule is pretty changeable right now, though generally I should be more available for a while.

Just to be clear, because that sounds awful, I asked at one point whether it would matter what the reason was if the US military killed your mother to demonstrate why military intervention is wrong and how it creates new terrorists. I thought the topics were great. If you were bored, prepare a few you find interesting next time.
